There’s not a thing that can improve this. Some of you may argue. You may want a baguette or mozzarella or homemade mayo. But for me, here’s perfection:
Just-picked, fat and juicy tomato
A slathering of Hellmann’s
Few leaves of basil
Sea salt, ground pepper
Arnold “Oat Nut” bread

Yes, my favorite also though I love it for breakfast on a half bagel with cream cheese also. Will have to enjoy it on the Cape next week.
